The event, which took place in May, was based at the Hotel Hesperia Tower, Barcelona, and lasted for 3 days. The Xerox Premier Partner Congress met for two days of networking, knowledge sharing, and dialogue with industry experts.

Solihull-based Aventeq were on hand to provide a range of services at the Xerox Forum. The team, who are well-versed with the logistics required to present large shows in Europe, installed a stage and data screens for ‘Lunch and Learn’ sessions. Timing was of paramount importance, as these sessions had to be reset and restarted for multiple audiences.

Aventeq also supplied all meeting room AV, sound, data, and light for the breakout areas. A crew of eight worked with industry-standard tech such as Christie 14k Roadster projectors, a Yamaha QL5 Sound Desk, Nexo Line array, PLS 350g switches, a Kramer Matrix switcher, and K10 B Eye lights.

Aventeq also provided slides for presentations and interactive discussions using Slido. A live camera relay was setup and VT was also provided.
